Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Coach/Trainer to join our team. This role involves developing young athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting/embracing a positive culture. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching competitive youth soccer and hold a minimum of a National C coaching license (or completing it in We take a holistic approach to the development of our athletes both on and off the pitch. This is a fast growing club with lots of room for growth and additional income earning opportunities.
Duties
- Design and implement engaging soccer training sessions tailored to periodization plan
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques, rules, and strategies to athletes
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all players
- Monitor and assess players' progress, providing routine feedback and IDP's
- Organize team practices, activities, and development
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior among athletes
- Assist in planning and executing special events or tournaments
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff to support player development
- Recruit, scout, train, and retain athletes in a fun and exciting setting
- Manage behavior effectively to ensure a respectful and disciplined environment
- Meet with DOC and club staff to ensure success in club plans and methodology
Requirements
- Competitive coaching experience of kids at different ages
- Commitment to continuing education through workshops, seminars, and licensing

- Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings
- Strong soccer knowledge and a proven method of training/developing athletes
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and foster positive interactions among youth participants, teaching resilience, and holding one another accountable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate young athletes
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is preferred
- Passion and commitment to develop and deliver club culture expectations

Pay: $ $38.00 per hour
