Project Supervisor / Project Manager

(Telecom Construction – Underground Fiber & Coax)

Pay: $1,000–$2,000 per week (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends as needed

Location: (Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas)

We're hiring Project Supervisors and Project Managers to support telecom construction work in the field. As a Project Supervisor or Project Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping projects and construction work running smoothly from start to finish:

Supervising underground construction crews (fiber + coax)

Reading construction prints / maps and ensuring build accuracy

Understanding, verifying, and working around locates (811 / USIC / etc.)

Communicating with crews, management, and field contacts daily

Tracking job progress, materials, issues, and productivity

Making sure work is completed safely, cleanly, and to spec

Identifying problems early and keeping projects moving forward

Reporting updates and documenting work with photos and notes

We're looking for people who are reliable, confident, and take ownership and accountability.

• 1+ year experience in underground telecom construction (fiber/coax)
• Strong understanding of locates, safety, and jobsite control
• Ability to read maps/plans and understand build scope
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with phones/tablets, photos, and basic reporting
• Some college is preferred (technical, construction management, etc.)
• Military experience is a strong plus

$1,000–$2,000 per week depending on experience and performance.
