Server Position Summary

Servers provide exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders, delivering menu items accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and enter orders accurately into POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and tip procedures
• Complete opening and closing side work

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability

Bartender Position Summary

Bartenders prepare and serve beverages while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Interact with guests and provide excellent service
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
