Cannabis Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
• Deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during deliveries.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, such as Courier or Commercial Driving.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
