Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support our HR team and contribute to the overall success of our HR functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR duties, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employees.

Responsibilities

Staff Management and Quality Assurance

  • Ensures staff consistently deliver quality services through a strong commitment to care.
  • Manages employee length of service and offers solutions based on turnover feedback.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts and concerns.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback.

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Reporting

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees are properly integrated into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a broad understanding of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with HR software and employee management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
