Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Supervisor looking to lead a team and make a real impact? Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg, VA is searching for a compassionate leader to oversee care staff, ensure exceptional resident care, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

Location: Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg
Shift: 6AM- 2PM | Various weekdays + Every Other Weekend
Competitive Pay: Up to $23.26/hr for experienced RMAs

Supervise care staff & maintain proper staffing levels
Administer & document medications per physician's orders
Oversee & provide direct care to residents, ensuring dignity & respect
Conduct assessments & develop care plans tailored to residents' needs
Communicate effectively with physicians, families & healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with all state & federal healthcare regulations
Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Respond to resident emergency calls with urgency & care
Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
CNA or PCA Certification – Required
Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
CPR & First Aid Certification – Required
