We operate an open kitchen, which means high visibility, constant communication, and a lot of moving parts. We need a leader who understands that the best way to motivate a team is to work alongside them. What You'll Do

• Lead the Shift: Take full accountability for operations during your watch, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop Your People: Train, assign, and motivate crew members. You are the person they look to when the rush hits.
• Manage the Business: Handle financial reporting, inventory management, and safe deposits.
• Customer Focus: Build relationships with our regulars and handle any customer issues with professionalism.
• Operational Balance: Work a mix of opening (8:00am – 4:00pm) and closing (3:00pm – 11:00pm) shifts to support the General Manager.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (leadership or food service preferred).

• Logistics: Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation (required for banking/deposits).
• Availability: Flexible schedule to cover both morning and evening shifts.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
