Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the start
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process payments securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors over various communication channels
- Assist with guest relations efforts to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty during their stay
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive in a fast-paced setting
- Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services or front desk responsibilities is advantageous
