Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
• Document medical information accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Point Click Care, maintaining precise medical records and documentation.
• Assist with mobility support and personal hygiene tasks while promoting dignity and independence for individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in nursing homes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs measurement, medication administration, and medical documentation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to caregiving and resident interaction.
• Certification as a Medical Technician (CMT) .

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
