Care Luxe Home Health is a startup agency under a provisional license seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical staff, conduct assessments, mentor caregivers, and support the agency's journey toward full licensure.

Initial hours & pay reflect our startup phase
Hours & pay increase once fully licensed
Direct patient care & assessments are part of the role initially

What You'll Do:

• Supervise nurses, aides & provide field support
• Complete OASIS, 485 POCs, supervisory visits & assessments
• Review documentation for accuracy & compliance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding & staff development
• Lead clinical QAPI activities & internal audits
• Support scheduling, coordination & on-call rotation
• Help develop systems required for full licensure

What We're Looking For:

• Active Indiana RN license
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Strong charting, assessment & compliance skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility & comfort in a startup environment
