Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

About the role

Support residents with safe, timely medication assistance while promoting dignity and independence.

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families in a person‑first environment.

What you'll do

• Administer medications per policy; document accurately
• Observe and report changes in condition promptly
• Assist with ADLs and provide companionship
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
• Use healthcare software and complete task lists reliably

Skills & attributes

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Calm, compassionate presence; strong communication
• Computer comfort; quick learner of new software
• Adaptability to changing needs and priorities
• Team player who builds trust

Relatable experience

• Certified Medication Aide/Assistant roles in senior living
• Caregiving, hospitality, or customer service
• Volunteer work with vulnerable populations

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• AZ Certified Caregiver license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
