Duties

• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation.
• Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality food service.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, adhering to health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
