**Position Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect items for their children, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly, approachable manner.

• Help customers select merchandise by providing product information and recommendations.

• Maintain knowledge of current trends in children's fashion and boutique offerings.

• Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Participate in promotional events and product launches.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a passion for children's fashion is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and a team player.
