Job Summary

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio in Johnstown/Loveland We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members that love to connect with people.

• Early morning, evening, and weekend availability

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area

Compensation: $ $19.00 per hour + Bonus/Commission
