Courier/Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver 1099 to join our team ASAP . The driver will be responsible for safely delivering packages to residential and commercial locations in Charlotte in a timely and professional manner. This position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages from the vehicle
• Deliver packages to customer doors accurately and on time
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate with dispatch or management as needed throughout the day
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Vehicle in good condition to run routes
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic smartphone skills for communication and navigation
• Prior delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required

Work Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling may be available
• Weekday and weekend shifts may be required depending on route needs

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
