Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with billing questions and payments.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and effective communication skills in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience with outbound calling is advantageous.
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer support.
• Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during calls or chats.

Pay: $35, $45,000.00 per year
