Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Audi Service Advisor to join our team in West Allis, WI. The Service Advisor will act as a key liaison between the service department and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, providing accurate information regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and quality service. The role also requires building rapport with customers and maintaining the highest standards of customer-focused service on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Aftersales processes and related automotive services
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with automotive service processes is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive services or customer service is advantageous
