We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or departments
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting administrative projects

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative support background in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
