Facilities Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience
Location: Working between Warwick and Westerly, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, concrete, asphalt, and carpentry

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems across multiple client sites

• Respond to work orders, emergency calls, and routine maintenance requests

• Conduct property inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues

• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and sometimes clients

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

• Have 2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience

• Have experience using hand tools

• Have experience with concrete and asphalt

• Understand basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Can troubleshoot independently and stay organized on the job

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors/outdoors

• Are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new skills
