Associate Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time dedicated Dentist to join our private practice. This is a great opportunity for a provider to find their long term home. In this role, you will be entering the office to replace a full-time retiring dentist. We are doctor owned and have operated with two full-time doctors in recent years. Open to partnership opportunity for the right candidate.

Your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, combined with your passion for patient care, will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical practice, possess strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities. An emphasis or interest in cosmetic dentistry would be a great asset as well advanced training in comprehensive dentistry.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, crown and bridge, Invisalign, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient flow and comfort.
• Perform dental fabrications, including crowns or bridges when necessary, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Assist in managing dental office operations by working with hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff.

Experience

• Proven experience working in a dental office is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in general dentistry procedures such as crown, bridge, resin restorations, anterior bonding, and prosthodontics.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to oral health diagnostics and treatments.
• Experience performing cosmetic procedures is advantageous.
