Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences that promote early literacy, math skills, and physical education while catering to the diverse needs of all students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and respected.
• Teach foundational skills through interactive activities, play and using the Montessori method.
• Assess children's progress through different evaluation methods and observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and implementation.
• Supervise children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with English language and Spanish is a plus.
• Good communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.
• Experience in toddler care is advantageous, but willing to train the right person.
