Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to update records accurately
• Assist with clerical office type duties such as filing and document scanning
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with patience and professionalism

Requirements

• Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes smoothly
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced setting
