3E is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Crib Manager to oversee our on-site electrical inventory crib located on a jobsite. This role plays a key part in ensuring contractor and team have the materials they need to operate efficiently. Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications: Experience in electrical distribution or as an electrician (required) Experience with inventory management or crib operations (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Two years' industry specific experience, preferred Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
