Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Scheduling & Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational goals.

You will work closely with project managers, purchasing, estimating, and leadership to analyze timelines, identify efficiencies, and reduce delays through accurate scheduling and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage detailed production schedules for construction projects

· Analyze workflow, productivity, and resource allocation to improve efficiency

· Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual production

· Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and delays and recommend corrective action

· Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and estimators

· Create reports and schedule forecasts for leadership review

· Support planning for manpower, materials, and equipment use

· Perform time impact and productivity analysis

· Maintain historical scheduling data and benchmarks

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling or production analysis

· Proficiency with scheduling software

· Strong Excel and data-analysis skills

· Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and project specifications

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Strong communication and organizational abilities

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience:

· Background in construction operations or project controls

· Knowledge of production tracking, time studies, or performance analysis

· Field experience is a plus
