Nurse Practioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients. This role requires a strong clinical background and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health wellness consultations and health assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Perform procedures such as IV insertion and infusion as required.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to improve patient care practices.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
• Engage in health coaching to promote wellness and preventive care.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Perform comprehensive health and wellness consultations
• Provide IV therapy treatments for hydration, nutrient support, and wellness optimization
• Assess, diagnose, and treat hormone imbalances using bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) for men and women
• Order, review, and interpret lab work related to hormone levels and overall health
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience
• Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and continuing education
• Educate on the use of peptides for longevity
• Educate on the effects of GLP1s and how to combine diet and exercise for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with Clinic General Manager to help grow the brand

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HRT, Weightloss, Peptides and IV therapy
• Experience in Ozone Therapy
• Experience with IV nutrient therapy protocols (Myers' cocktail, NAD+, etc.) preferred
• In-depth understanding of BHRT and wellness practices
• Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
• Understanding of GLP1s and how/when to prescribe
