The Role
Bartenders are responsible for the seamless delivery of premium quality cocktails and beverages from our bars while ensuring the Swingers guest experience is provided through excellent service and adherence to Swingers' ethos, policies, procedures, and financial goals.
Our Perfect Candidate Has

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a bartender with emphasis in cocktail production (required)
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
