Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support chefs and kitchen staff.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Manage waste disposal responsibly by sorting recyclables and disposing of trash according to health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with bussing tables, basic food preparation, or banquet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols within a commercial kitchen setting enhances your suitability for this role.
• Experience working in hospitality or hotel environments can be advantageous.
• A background in culinary or kitchen experience demonstrates your understanding of food safety standards.
