What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience
- Learn the product line and help customers choose items that fit their personal style
- Maintain an organized, visually stunning sales floor
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system
- Restock and merchandise displays to keep the store looking fresh
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties
- Contribute to team goals and uphold the store's aesthetic standards
What You'll Need
- Prior experience in retail, boutique, or customer-facing sales (luxury or home goods preferred)
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- A strong sense of style and attention to visual details
- Dependability and comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting
- Availability on weekends and holidays during the busy season
