What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience
• Learn the product line and help customers choose items that fit their personal style
• Maintain an organized, visually stunning sales floor
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system
• Restock and merchandise displays to keep the store looking fresh
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties
• Contribute to team goals and uphold the store's aesthetic standards

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in retail, boutique, or customer-facing sales (luxury or home goods preferred)
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• A strong sense of style and attention to visual details
• Dependability and comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Availability on weekends and holidays during the busy season
