Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on Hyundai vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and other express services
• Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate service recommendations to service advisors
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, representing Preston Hyundai Hurlock positively

Position Requirements:

• Automotive technician experience, preferably in express or fast-lube environments
• ASE certification or equivalent experience a plus
• Hyundai factory training or willingness to complete manufacturer training preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and equipment as needed

Salary Description

$17.00-$22.00 per hour
