Location: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility – Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Compensation: $ $35.00 per hour

Monday - Friday | 5:30am - 2:00pm

We are seeking an experience cook who is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals to the residents at Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility. The Cook is also responsible for cleanliness of the kitchens, refrigerators, dishes, stocking of food items and supplies, along with taking resident menu orders.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Food Handler's Certification
• Culinary Degree required
• BLS certification every 2 years

Responsibilities

• Set place settings as needed
• Start preparing meals and cooking as residents request their breakfast and lunch
• Prepare and serve drinks
• Serve breakfast and lunch
• Temp and log food before serving
• Pick up resident dishes when finished eating, rinse off, and start dishwasher
• Clean dining areas, wipe off counter, tables, and sweep floor as needed
• Take menu orders for the next day.
• Complete pantry orders
• Check and clean refrigerators daily
