Job Title: Closing Shift Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality. This will be strictly closing shifts, must be available to work closing shifts until 11pm, weekends and holidays.
Duties:
- Operate Register and Lottery Machines proficiently
- Ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with lottery operations
Experience required:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- 1 year of convenience store experience required
- 1 year of Lottery experience required
Pay
-$15.00 an hour starting pay, More possible based on experience candidate brings in terms of Convenience store, Lottery sales and leadership experience.
