Job Title: Medical Assistant – Primary & Urgent Care Clinic

BeeperMD is a growing Primary and Urgent Care Clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Medical Assistants to join our team.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in person or over the phone
• Serve as both Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments
• Maintain patient records and handle inquiries
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and notify providers of patient arrivals
• Manage office inventory and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Perform clinical duties including:
• Room preparation
• Taking patient vitals
• Point-of-care testing
• Phlebotomy/lab draws and handling samples
• Wound care
• EKGs

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
• Phlebotomy Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar healthcare setting
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
