LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians and resident care plans
• Accurately monitor, record, and report changes in residents' health status
• Ensure all care provided complies with local, state, and federal regulations
