Role Description

Hiring for multiple locations. This is a full-time, on-site Studio Manager position located in the Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton area. The Studio Manager will oversee all studio operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales goals, managing and mentoring a team, building relationships with clients, driving customer retention, and executing marketing strategies. Additionally, the Studio Manager will curate a welcoming environment for both clients and staff, while fostering brand loyalty and awareness through excellent service and consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in Sales and Marketing, with skills in generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and achieving targets.
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, including hiring, training, and motivating staff to achieve performance metrics.
• Excellent Customer Relations and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships.
• Organization and Time Management skills to oversee multiple aspects of studio operations effectively.
• Proven ability to create and implement strategies to drive client retention and engagement.
• Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a strong advantage.
• A passion for health and wellness and a dedication to improving client satisfaction and outcomes.

Compensation

• $55k-$80k annually
