As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with daily living activities
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors
• Accurately document care in required logs, forms, and reports
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality
• Follow all facility policies, infection control measures, and care standards
• Participate in ongoing CNA training and skill development
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

• Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, friendly bedside manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize resident care
• Basic knowledge of long-term care, safety procedures, and infection control
• CPR certification preferred
