About the Role

We are looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who want more than just a license hang. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced agent looking for better support, Apex Realty Group offers the structure, training, and technology to help you grow confidently and consistently.

As a Real Estate Agent at Apex Realty Group, you will:

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Manage and follow up with leads using our Lofty CRM system
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through escrow to closing
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Utilize marketing tools and brokerage support to generate business
• Maintain compliance with California real estate laws and brokerage policies

We're looking for candidates who bring the right mindset and professionalism:

• Active California Real Estate License
  (or currently enrolled / planning to enroll)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow a real estate career
• Willingness to learn, improve, and follow proven systems
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
• Part time or Full time
