Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology and business transformation projects for our clients. You will coordinate teams, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This is a US-based role for candidates who can work with our small, collaborative team of 20–25 people. We are a Microsoft partner focused on consulting and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and forecasts using tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Gantt charts, Excel, and Word.
• Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines while coordinating cross-functional resources and client expectations.
• Control and document project scope, ensuring clear alignment with sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Track and manage project budgets, including internal resources and ISV/vendor costs.
• Provide structured and consistent communication through status reports, recurring meetings, and escalations when necessary.
• Build and execute communication plans to keep internal and external teams aligned.
• Lead teams through decisions, remove blockers, and maintain accountability to ensure delivery success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks, budgets, schedules, risks, and milestones accurately.
• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Client-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to reach project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consulting environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects (D365 experience is a plus).
• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Prosci, etc.).
• Experience coordinating distributed or remote teams.
• Prior experience managing ISV or vendor relationships.

Pay: $ $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
