Operations Coordinator (Projects, Marketing, & Sales)

Location: Remote (must live in the Houston Metro area)
Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Time Commitment: 20-25 hours per week

In-person requirement: Availability to attend in-person meetings and events in Houston, TX is required

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Operations Project Coordinator to support multiple departments across the organization. This part-time role focuses on project coordination, operational execution, and systems administration across Projects, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, enjoys improving processes, and can support multiple stakeholders effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional projects using PMP and agile principles
• Administer and optimize boards, workflows, and reporting
• Support Sales and HubSpot CRM administration, data hygiene, and process alignment
• Manage and support tools including Notion, Zoom, and Eventbrite
• Assist Marketing with production operation and event coordination
• Document processes and improve workflow efficiency

• Systems are organized, scalable, and consistently used
• Teams have clarity on properties and deliverables
• Leadership is supported through proactive coordination

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years experience in operations, project coordination, or systems supports
• Experience with , HubSpot, Notion, Zoom, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detailed-oriented, dependable, and proactive
• Experience with process mapping and stakeholder interviews
• Change Management experience is a plus
