Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage multi-line phone systems professionally, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using IHG property management systems.
• Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide personalized guest services, including concierge support, local recommendations, and special requests.
• Uphold IHG's service standards and brand values, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout your shift.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse guests.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of guest relations and hotel operations supports delivering IHG's exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
