This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growth of residential land firm. We bridge institutional capital with large-scale land transformation, working closely with homebuilders, local governments, and landowners to unlock significant value.
The Role:
We are looking for a smart, driven analyst to join our team and play a key role in our investment and development operations.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who:
· Just graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a technical major from a top-tier university
· Has 1 year of experience in real estate, investment banking, or consulting (McKinsey, Bain, etc.)
· Wants to be part of a fast-growing, high-energy firm where they can make a real impact
Why This Role Is Exciting:
· You'll be working on live land development deals from Day 1.
· You'll train in New York for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to work closely with our Executive Project Managers in Minneapolis and Denver.
· You'll bridge the gap between finance and construction, helping to streamline investment decisions and execution.
· You'll get exposure to every aspect of the land development process, from underwriting deals to managing project execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for land acquisition and development projects.
· Project Management Support: Work closely with our seasoned construction managers in Minneapolis and Denver to track budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
· Investment Analysis: Assess potential land deals, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos.
· Market Research: Analyze local market conditions, housing trends, and competitive dynamics in the Midwest and Denver regions.
· Presentation & Reporting: Prepare investor decks, internal reports, and presentations for leadership.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work between the finance and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
