Griffis/ Blessing Select Communities are looking for a Service Technician in Colorado Springs, CO.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Be an active participant in keeping this community a desirable place for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in. If you're that person, come join Griffis/Blessing, Inc., one of the largest property management companies on the Front Range

This position supports on-call rotation and may require some weekend and evening availability for light checks, pool maintenance, and snow removal. A Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle is required.

DUTIES:

• Perform work necessary to maintain property in orderly, clean and safe condition.
• Completing work orders, repairs and turnovers to meet company standards.
• Oversee and inspect outside vendors and contractor's work.
• Control purchases to keep reasonable stock, meet budget and contain product loss.
• Update software regarding service requests and turnover of apartments.
• Provide input for annual budget regarding completion of maintenance needs.
• Assist as needed in gathering bids and provide recommendations regarding contracts and proposals.

Note: Although the above duties may be overseen by other staff, the Service Technician is responsible for effective and timely performance of all assigned duties.
