Your Role
As a Production Analyst, you will support Arbor's Sales team by providing the financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence necessary to move deals quickly through the pipeline. You will primarily focus on Freddie Mac Conventional products, with additional exposure to Fannie Mae and Bridge loans.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage reports, models, and loan analyses in Excel
- Conduct rent roll reviews and preliminary loan sizing for multifamily deals
- Perform borrower and property due diligence, identifying risks and issues
- Research markets using third-party data sources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent reporting
- Provide analysis and feedback to the SVP of Sales
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Experience in real estate or finance analysis preferred; internships considered
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Salesforce, CoStar, or CRM experience a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and team player with ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus
