Patient Care Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a part time front desk care coordinator who is highly organized and detail-oriented, to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, the care coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth treatment for our patients. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and convert leads who are inquiring about our services.
Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our therapists
Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and processing orders
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Receptionist, care coordinator, or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail -Familiarity with office management tasks such as order entry and calendar management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
