Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Benicia, CA, for an Assistant Accounting Manager. The Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate tracking of fixed assets. Additional responsibilities include reviewing contracts, supporting HR and budgeting activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and strong Financial analysis skills
• Strong Analytical skills and experience with creating Journal Entries
• Proficient knowledge of Accounting principles, Finance operations, and Fixed Assets management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in an accounting or financial management role is preferred
