You should have prior experience as an HVAC Installer, hold an EPA certification, and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code.

- 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- EPA Certification (preferred).
- NATE Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
