Company-Provided Leads | Real Estate Agent (San Diego)

We're looking for two driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing San Diego brokerage. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with an up-and-coming company that provides leads, supports growth, and is built around agents—not the other way around.

What You'll Do

• Work company-provided leads with a strong speed-to-lead mindset
• Respond promptly to inbound internet and CRM-based inquiries
• Maintain a consistent, self-directed schedule (this is not a 9–5 role)
• Represent buyers and sellers through negotiations, counteroffers, and contracts
• Serve as a trusted local market expert for San Diego real estate
• Track and manage showings, offers, addenda, and client communications accurately
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Continuously improve your skills in sales, marketing, and lead conversion

What We're Looking For

• Active California Real Estate License (required to receive leads)
• New agents are encouraged to apply
• Sales experience (real estate or related field preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable working with CRMs and online lead platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple active clients
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
