Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including prepping ingredients for cooking.
• Buss tables and assist servers in clearing dishes to maintain a smooth workflow in the dining area.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Support the kitchen team with various tasks as required to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.50 per hour
