• • Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answers incoming calls
• Accepts payments via cash or credit card for service work and parts purchases or down payments
• Balances a register daily
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks
• Assists Service Department with other tasks as needed
