HVAC Technician/Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician/ Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

Duties

• Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units and heating systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents related to HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to design and build efficient HVAC solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory usage.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC/R installation techniques and equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair preferred.
• Ability to design effective HVAC solutions based on customer needs.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components.
• Knowledge of schematics related to HVAC systems is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
