Incentives & Compensation:

• Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate- Max up to $44)

• Vent and Trach training- Additional pay if certified/ after becoming certified- (Max up to with Vent Cert is $46)
• Shift Diff for PM/NOC
• Weekend Diff for AM/PM/NOC

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
